Terms of Service

You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to use LinkToMe.

Use LinkToMe to capture genuine connections you make. Don’t use it to harvest contacts you haven’t actually met, to harass anyone, to upload unlawful content, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

You own the connections and notes you create. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display that data back to you and operate the service. You’re responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you record about others.

LinkToMe is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it reliable, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms or the service over time; continued use means you accept the changes. You can stop using LinkToMe and delete your account at any time, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
